USING THE SCRIPT: To have users register with the program for access to the protected directory, simply link to the programs full URL. You do not need any Query String additions. i.e.: http://www.yourdomain.com/cgi-bin/PassOMatic/register.cgi The registration process is straightforward and clearly explained on the registration screen. Users will be sent an e-mail confirmation message with an activation link in it. They must click that activation link or accurately type it into their browser for their account to be activated. This is to ensure that you are getting their REAL e-mail address and not a fake one. Once they click or enter the activation link, they will be added to the password list for the protected directory.
